Update for the night

David & Dana have met with the doctor for the night.  Sounds like all went excellent with the surgery.  At this point, they are still keeping him open likely for the next 2-3 days until they feel confident it is safe to close him back up. 

So: praise for the surgery going well, prayer for him to stay strong over these next few critical days.  The nurse has stated to them that the next 24 hours are critical...a lot of ups and downs as his heart adjusts to all it's gone through.  Just because the surgery is over, this isn't over.  Got it?  Pray.
