Two weeks, one day since Henry came into this world.

He is doing pretty good again today!  Urine output is still improving.  It is starting to catch up with the amounts of fluid they are putting into him...which is really important in reducing his swelling.  Still a little ways to go before they are able to stitch him back up, but thankfully progress is still being made.

The doctors are starting to reduce some of Henry's meds.  Some of this he has tolerated wonderfully, and others they are finding that he may need to be tapered off more slowly.

Henry is also able to be fed some milk!  He hasn't been allowed milk since his surgery, but they are now reintroducing it in small amounts.  A great step for bottles at home...and that time can't come soon enough!  Until then, we are thankful for the progress that is being made and (trying to) patiently wait for the right time to stitch him back up, move him out of PICU, and get this boy home to his very own nursery.  Hang in there Henry, David, and Dana...we are faithful that this time will come soon!
