Henry's heart is beating on its own! There is still some oozing. Hopefully that will stop in another 20-30 minutes. The surgical part of the surgery is pretty well over, now just monitoring to make sure all continues to look good. Then he should be able to be covered up and taken back up to ICU.
To David, Dana, precious little Henry, & all of the family and friends affected by this situation...
ReplyDeleteNone of you know me personally, my husband (Jeremy) went to school with David. My mother in law notified us of your situation as soon as she heard, and I just want to tell you that there are many more people than you could possibly imagine praying for you all and hope that you can take some comfort in that. We have personally been praying together reguraly for your family and have put your family on the prayer chain through our church and over the radio as well. I believe there and thousands of people you will never meet praying for you right this minute, and I believe many will continue to follow your story as it progresses. God works in mysterious ways, but he has blessed you with a precious little miracle, and that alone is worth praising him for. Trust in him, lean on him, and have faith that he will carry little Henry through this all.
My family and I wish the best for you all and may God continue to bless your lives.
